Automatic monthly meter-reading reminder

Turn on one setting for a tenant, and they'll get their portal link by email on the 1st of every month — no manual sending, and never more than one reminder in the same month.

Track contracts and get reminders before they end

Additional fees (internet, cable TV) can now have a contract period — with an end date, or without one for ongoing charges. You'll get an email reminder 60 days before a contract ends.

Pick a provider — the price and fixed fees fill in on their own

When adding an electricity or gas meter, you can now pick a provider and tariff from a built-in catalog (PGE, Tauron, Enea, Energa, E.ON and others) instead of typing in the price and fixed fees by hand. The catalog also handles two-zone (day/night) tariffs on a single meter.

A brand-new account with no properties now launches an interactive tutorial — it highlights exactly what to click to add a property, a meter, a reading, and reach a finished statement. Skip it any time, or restart it from Settings.
