Track contracts and get reminders before they end

Internet, cable TV, a stairwell cleaning contract — easy to lose track of among all your rental property's charges, and they quietly renew themselves if you forget about them. In Estate Pigeon, rental property management software for landlords, the "Additional fees" section can now remember when a contract runs from and to — and remind you before it ends.

The end date is optional

You enter a name, a monthly amount, and — if you want to track a contract — the date it starts. Leave "valid until" empty for an ongoing charge with no end date (like a standing community fee), or fill in a specific end date for a fixed-term contract.

An email reminder before it runs out

If you set an end date, you'll get an email from us 60 days before it arrives — a good moment to decide whether to renew, renegotiate, or shop around for a better deal. A fee that's about to end also shows up right away in the table, highlighted, with a badge showing how many days are left.
