Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Estate Pigeon application available at estatepigeon.com (the "Service"), provided by C2D, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, VAT/Tax ID (NIP): 5661880785, registered address: ul. Wiejska 24, 05-110 Jabłonna, Poland (the "Provider"). Contact: info@estatepigeon.com.
2. Type and scope of the Service
Estate Pigeon is a web application that lets owners of rental properties manage utility meters (electricity, water, gas), log meter readings, calculate charges, and generate and send billing statements to tenants.
3. Account and registration
Using the full functionality of the Service requires creating an account by providing an email address, first name, last name and password. The User must provide accurate information and keep their password confidential.
4. Plans and payments
Every account includes 2 properties free of charge, with no time limit. Managing each additional property requires a paid subscription, billed on a recurring monthly basis, according to the pricing published at estatepigeon.com/en/#pricing.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record — the seller of Estate Pigeon's services to the User and the party responsible for billing, issuing sales documents, and payment processing. By making a purchase, the User also agrees to Paddle's terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Refund terms are described in a separate Refund Policy.
5. User obligations
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and good practice, in particular not to enter data of third parties (e.g. tenants) without an appropriate legal basis for processing it.
6. Liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service operating correctly and continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data entered by the User (e.g. incorrect meter readings).
7. Termination and account deletion
The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account or contacting the Provider. Cancelling a paid subscription is done through the subscription management panel (Paddle) and results in loss of access to properties beyond the free limit once the paid period ends.
8. Complaints
Complaints about the operation of the Service can be submitted to info@estatepigeon.com. Complaints regarding payments are handled by Paddle as the party processing the transaction.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The rules for processing personal data are described in a separate Privacy Policy. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; Users will be notified of changes by email or an in-app notice.
